Collateral types

EpsiLoan boasts a diverse range of supported collateral types, designed to accommodate a wide spectrum of assets and cater to the diverse needs of users within the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. Here's a breakdown of the collateral types supported by EpsiLoan:

Liquid Restaking Tokens (LRTs):

EpsiLoan is committed to supporting all types of Liquid Restaking Tokens (LRTs), which serve as yield-bearing collateral assets within the DeFi ecosystem. At genesis, users can mint yUSD against a selection of LRTs such as eETH from ether.fi, rsETH from Kelp DAO, ezETH from Renzo, and pufETH from Puffer. As EpsiLoan continues to evolve, the platform aims to gradually expand its support to include a wider range of LRTs, providing users with even more options to diversify their collateral holdings and maximize their borrowing flexibility.

Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs)(future deployments):

EpsiLoan aims to support all types of Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs), which represent claims on staked assets within various staking protocols. Examples of LSTs include stETH from Lido Finance, rETH from Rocket Pool, mETH from Mantle, and more. By supporting LSTs, EpsiLoan provides users with a versatile array of collateral options, enabling them to leverage their staked assets to access liquidity and maximize their borrowing capacity.

Native ETH(future deployments)::

In addition to LSTs and LRTs, EpsiLoan also aims to support native Ethereum (ETH) as collateral. As one of the most widely recognized and trusted assets in the cryptocurrency space, ETH offers users a reliable and liquid collateral option. By accepting native ETH as collateral, EpsiLoan ensures accessibility and inclusivity for users who prefer to utilize their ETH holdings to access liquidity and participate in the DeFi ecosystem.

By offering support for a diverse range of collateral types, including LSTs, LRTs, and native ETH, EpsiLoan empowers users to unlock the full potential of their assets, optimize their borrowing experience, and explore new opportunities within the decentralized finance landscape. With a commitment to inclusivity and innovation, EpsiLoan continues to pave the way for a more accessible, efficient, and decentralized financial future.
